Who we are
The coaches of Mount Olympus Wrestling Club come from a variety of backgrounds and areas of wrestling expertise, but they share a unified vision for the future of wrestling in the Lower Alabama area. With Division I competitive experience and years spent training at the highest levels of the sport, our staff understands what it takes to develop athletes technically, physically, and mentally. More importantly, they are aligned in their commitment to discipline, accountability, and long-term growth. Building not just better wrestlers, but stronger competitors and leaders within our community.
At Mount Olympus Wrestling Club, we believe wrestling is one of the most demanding and rewarding sports an athlete can pursue. Our coaches believe in training with purpose, holding athletes to high standards, and developing toughness that carries beyond the mat. We value discipline, accountability, and consistency — not shortcuts. Every practice is designed to build technically sound wrestlers who compete with confidence, composure, and resilience. Our goal is not just to win matches, but to shape competitors who represent themselves, their families, and their community the right way.
